Persia is a British-Armenian-Iranian Director, born in Leeds.
Trained at Guildford School of Acting, Persia has worked with notable venues and companies including Theatre by the Lake, Guildford School of Acting, Cumbria Opera Group and Native to Earth. Persia has just completed short courses with the National Film and Television School, in Directing Television Drama (under the tutorship of award-winning Director, Andrew Gunn) and an Introduction to Intimacy Coordination (under the tutorship of stage and screen Intimacy Coordinator, Haley Muraleedharan)
In 2024, Persia is thrilled to be Co-Directing the documentary Native to Brunca, and Directing the operas Il barbiere di Siviglia and Giacomo’s Muse.
In 2024, Persia also completed her Mental Health First Aider qualification, in training provided by Mental Health First Aid England.
